讲座内容简介 (英文) | Quantitative imaging of brain microstructure is essential for brain development and brain disease research. While striving to develop new rapid quantitative imaging technologies, the validity and reproducibility of image markers are currently hot topics in the context of multi-center and large cohort research. In recent years, we have paid attention to the neuropathological basis of diffusion magnetic resonance imaging, and established a set of stable whole/half brain magnetic resonance imaging specifications of isolated human brain specimens, and obtained high-quality and high-resolution isolated human brain morphology and structure. Second, we studied the heterogeneity factors of cross-center diffusion imaging from the perspectives of imaging physics and correction methods, designed operational quality control methods and data fusion methods based on deep learning methods, and publicly released high-quality A public dataset of traveling volunteers for multicenter diffusion imaging. These work suggest that improving acquisition and analysis methods can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of quantitative magnetic resonance imaging cohort studies.
